At Rudman Hydraulics, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you’re not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help. Please read our returns policy below:

1. Eligibility for Returns

• You may return most new, unopened items within 7 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
• Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in a resalable condition.
• Proof of purchase (invoice or order number) is required for all returns.

2. Non-Returnable Items

• Custom-made, cut-to-size, or special order items
• Electrical components (unless unopened and unused)
• Sale or clearance items

3. Damaged or Incorrect Items

• If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item:
• Please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the item and packaging.
• We will arrange for collection and replacement or refund at no cost to you.

4. Return Process

• To initiate a return:
• Email us at online@rudmanhydraulics.co.za with your order number and reason for return.
• We will confirm the return authorization and provide instructions.
• Items must be returned to our warehouse within 7 days of approval.

5. Refunds

• Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection.
• Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 working days.

6. Return Shipping Costs

• If the return is due to an error on our part (incorrect or defective item), we will cover the return shipping costs.
• If the return is due to a change of mind or customer error, return shipping will be at the customer’s expense.

7. Exchanges

• We offer exchanges for eligible products if you need a different size or variant.
• Exchanges follow the same process as returns.
